I told 1st daughter that I would do this a few days ago and haven't. So here it is:
I'm not going to pass it along because, everyone I know has already gotten it.
10 yrs ago:
1998. hm. I was finishing up high school. Matt and I were on the set construction crew for the theater dept. and we kicked butt over all those dorky thespians. Ah, good times.
5 Things on my list of things to do today:
1. Go to school.
2. Write two paper proposals (or 1 and a half anyways).
3. Try to keep the TADpole quiet at school.
4. Try to not have the TADpole throw-up all day.
5. Think about how cool Jericho was last night.
The first four have been the same all week, I haven't really done too great on them so far, but hope blooms eternal.
Things I would do if I suddenly was a Billionaire:
None of you would ever hear from Bri and I again. hehehe. Yeah that's right, Everybody else is talkin' 'bout the paying off debts and helping out the fam. Not me, I'm keepin' it real, old school. I'm gone suckas.
Ok, maybe not, but you gotta give me props for breakin' up the monotony a little bit.
3 of my bad habits:
I am practically perfect in every way.
Well, I do occasionally slack off the school work. Sometimes I am a little vain (but aren't all geniuses?). And I have been known to overindulge on the dessert arena.
Places I have lived:
Wow.
Thatcher, AZ
Hemet, CA
Las Vegas, NV
Mazatlan, Sinaloa
Rosario, Sinaloa
Culiacan, Sinaloa
La Paz, Baja California Sur
Angostura, Sinaloa
Guamuchil, Sinaloa
Ahome, Sinaloa
Provorem, UT
Jobs I have had:
Plastering- that's Stucco work, not binge drinking.
Cable puller (aka Junior Sparky).
MISSIONARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Concrete/General construction.
Call center loser.
Super Target Team Member.
Trailmix Mixer.
Warehouse worker and Spanish/English-translator-go-to-man.
Home Depot Graveyard-Shift stalker-er, um- stoker, uh, no: stocker. Yeah, that's the one.
Clyde Custodial Crew (where we roll it's the Triple C all the way).
Things most people don't know about me:
Well, a Facebook quiz did rate me as the number one survivor in the event of a Zombie attack, so you know who to follow when the undead are knockin'.
Um, I am learning French.
uh, I think Dr. Pepper is for girls and rainbow fanatics.
I don't really keep too many things secret, so I guess there isn't much.

Well it's about time!
Finally! I have found a tool that takes all the braininess found in my head and translates it into an empirical format that can be used to create a 100% error proof qualitative description of the goo inside (or at least the goo that I share online here). I actually found it over at s'mee's, so we can all thank her from the bottom of our hearts. The Readability index of my blog is, (drum roll please):
Aha! I knew it all along. And now everyone else knows it too!

6 truths of life:
1) You cannot touch all of your teeth with your tongue.
2) All idiots, after reading the first truth, try it.
3) The first truth is a lie.
4) You're smiling now cause you are an idiot.
5) You will soon forward this to another idiot.
6) Theres still a stupid smile on your face.

January Burnout
This has been the longest year of my life.
Of my life so far.
It started rather like it does for everyone. With the end of the last year. Now don't get me wrong, last year had some pretty intense moments too. Brianna had a couple trips to the hospital, and lets not forget TADpole's stint in the ER. This year has blown all that away already.
Bri's recent better-part-of-a-week-long-stay in the hospital was enough to leave me worn out all on it's own. Never mind that it was during the second week of the new semester. I also got to take the GRE that Friday. That was low stress, I assure you.
The next week was full of fun and games, mostly involving having to help Bri with even the most simplistic tasks–while trying to get caught up at school. That was last week.
This week I finished my application for grad school. This involved writing a letter of intent, tracking down a total of four professors for recommendations, and re-drafting a 10 page paper. Then of course, I had to turn everything in.
On Wednesday I got to go perform an interview to evaluate my Spanish proficiency as a Senior, it went well–but I was more happy just to have it all over with.
Can I just throw in the towel for the rest of the year already... well, that is a bit extreme. How about just the rest of the semester?
